# AIZEN ROBOTS — English guide

Polish B2B robotics catalog covering Cyberstars Cyber 1 and UniX AI Wanda 2.0 / Panther. New robots only. No public prices. The quotation form is non-binding. Cyber 1 DEV offers C++ SDK access; the Research Kit is hardware, not turnkey autonomy. UniX Wanda 2.0 variants are Pro and Ultra; Panther as Pro or Pro Max. Factory applications and development are separate configurations chosen before production and cannot be switched after factory release. Interfaces, usable payload and accuracy require configuration-specific confirmation. Configuration-specific specifications, documentation and delivery are confirmed individually.

Wanda 2.0: we are verifying conformity documentation for the exact variant and intended operating environment. A manufacturer statement about the series does not replace this check. We currently provide configuration guidance and non-binding budget estimates.
Panther Pro / Pro Max: conformity for EU deployment has not yet been confirmed. The manufacturer plans to complete its CE work by the end of 2026; this is a plan, not a delivery date. We currently accept non-binding configuration and budget enquiries.
UniX warranty terms for Poland, spare parts and RMA cost allocation are still being agreed. Before a binding offer, we require written confirmation for the exact model, software edition and customer. The Development edition requires separate confirmation of coverage.
Before contract, we confirm manufacturer warranty availability and terms for the exact model and country. AIZEN does not provide its own hardware quality warranty.
Additional SLAs, integrations, training and on-site visits require separately agreed scope and pricing unless expressly included in the order.
Submitting a claim does not require an SLA purchase. This information does not limit AIZEN’s obligations or the customer’s rights under the contract and mandatory law.
