IP54 applies to the standard base platform according to the manufacturer. We do not claim IP54 for the complete Research Kit assembly. The MID360 sensor's IP67 rating does not apply to the entire robot. The integrator must assess operating conditions.

Before contract, we confirm manufacturer warranty availability and terms for the exact model and country. AIZEN does not provide its own hardware quality warranty.
Additional SLAs, integrations, training and on-site visits require separately agreed scope and pricing unless expressly included in the order.
Submitting a claim does not require an SLA purchase. This information does not limit AIZEN’s obligations or the customer’s rights under the contract and mandatory law.
