UNIX AI · WANDA 2.0

Wanda 2.0.
A mobile platform
with two arms.

A wheeled dual-arm platform with differential drive and a lifting torso. Current variants are Wanda 2.0 Pro and Ultra. Equipment, software and conformity are selected and confirmed for the exact configuration.

Wanda 2.0: we are verifying conformity documentation for the exact variant and intended operating environment. A manufacturer statement about the series does not replace this check. We currently provide configuration guidance and non-binding budget estimates.

HARDWARE VERSIONS

Choose the model
and equipment.

Equipment and software are specified together for the task. A version name alone does not guarantee a particular computer, sensor set or usable payload.

SOFTWARE

Two separate
factory configurations.

Factory applications or the development configuration must be selected before production. Once the robot leaves the factory, the two configurations cannot be interchanged.

FACTORY APPLICATIONS

An agreed scenario

Manufacturer software for an agreed task. Workflow, objects, modules and environment are specified before ordering. This configuration does not provide SDK access for custom programming.

DEVELOPMENT CONFIGURATION

Custom software

The manufacturer declares ros2_control-based control and state interfaces, examples and URDF/USD models. API scope, sensor data, licensing and integration are agreed for the project; this does not confirm tested access to every sensor.

Requirements beyond the supported, agreed scenario are development work. The development configuration cannot later be switched to the manufacturer's factory applications. Video demonstrations do not promise arbitrary tasks or safe human collaboration in every setting.

FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Platform design
and configuration scope.

This description reflects current manufacturer information. Payload after adding equipment, accuracy, interfaces and accessories must be confirmed in the specification for the exact order.

ParameterDescription and confirmation scope
DesignMobile wheeled platform with two arms and a lifting torso
Hardware versionsWanda 2.0 Pro / Wanda 2.0 Ultra
Drive baseDifferential drive
ManipulationPicking up, holding, moving and placing objects within the agreed application
Working heightAdjusted by lifting the torso; range confirmed for the configuration
Perception and computingVision system, navigation sensors and computer as specified for the selected version
Payload and accuracyUsable payload after adding equipment, accuracy and repeatability require task-specific confirmation; whole-robot payload is not treated as a per-arm value
Development configurationManufacturer-declared ros2_control-based control and state interfaces, examples and URDF/USD models; API, data and licensing scope agreed individually
Grippers and force sensorsEnd effectors, optional five-finger hands and wrist force/torque sensors require agreement on compatibility, mounting, calibration and cost
VR teleoperationOptional hardware and its software are quoted separately
Factory softwareApplications for an agreed scenario or a separate development configuration; selected before production with no later switch

Maximum figures from older brochures do not apply to every version. We do not derive per-arm payload by dividing a combined figure. ros2_control does not replace confirmation of accuracy, physical force measurement or required safeguards.

MANUFACTURER DEMONSTRATIONS

Demonstrations
of selected applications.

Footage demonstrates platform functions in prepared scenarios. The supplied application, equipment and operating conditions are agreed individually; the robot does not automatically perform every task seen in a video.

CONFIGURATION AND ORDERING

From specification
to delivery.

AIZEN ROBOTS prepares the quotation, sells the agreed configuration, arranges delivery and coordinates technical contact with the manufacturer. Hardware version and software configuration are separate choices.

  1. Technical and commercial scope

We agree on the model, quantity, factory application or development configuration, modules, equipment, integration and delivery requirements.

  2. Formal quotation

Before contract, we confirm the exact configuration, conformity documents, country of use, warranty terms, support scope, full price and schedule. Orders and payment are accepted on those agreed terms.

  3. Purchase order

The customer accepts the agreed quotation and places a purchase order. The website enquiry form itself is not an order.

  4. Invoice and payment

Payment terms and schedules are agreed in the individual AIZEN ROBOTS quotation. Once the configuration is confirmed and the agreed payment stage is completed, we place the order with the manufacturer.

  5. Production

The manufacturer indicates approximately 45 calendar days from the order placed by AIZEN ROBOTS with the manufacturer and clearance of full payment. This is production only, excluding transport and customs. The current schedule and delivery date are confirmed before contract.

  6. Factory inspection and dispatch

We coordinate the equipment inspection, documentation and handover to the logistics provider with the manufacturer. Transport scope and responsibilities are confirmed in the AIZEN ROBOTS quotation.

  7. Delivery and support

Transport, cargo insurance, customs clearance, taxes and local delivery have the scope agreed in the quotation. The manufacturer states that limited remote help covers startup and basic operation, excluding custom development. Availability to the customer, scope, period, language and costs are confirmed before contract for the model and country.

Before ordering, we confirm the conformity documents for the exact model and accessories. Wanda documentation does not automatically confirm Panther conformity or every set with additional sensors.

Purchase and support scope

Before contract, we confirm manufacturer warranty availability and terms for the exact model and country. AIZEN does not provide its own hardware quality warranty.

Additional SLAs, integrations, training and on-site visits require separately agreed scope and pricing unless expressly included in the order.

Submitting a claim does not require an SLA purchase. This information does not limit AIZEN’s obligations or the customer’s rights under the contract and mandatory law.
