1. Service provider

The website aizenrobots.pl is operated by AIZEN SYSTEM Aleksandra Czujko, Kazimierza Pułaskiego 1/8, 98-100 Łask, Poland, NIP 8311628236, REGON 545435836, trading as AIZEN ROBOTS ("AIZEN ROBOTS" or the "Provider"). Contact, enquiries and complaints: kontakt@aizenrobots.pl.

2. Nature of the website

The website presents Cyberstars and UniX AI robots and allows businesses, universities, institutions and professional teams to submit a brief for an individual quotation. Cyberstars and UniX AI manufacture the respective devices. AIZEN ROBOTS analyses requirements, prepares quotations and coordinates delivery within the agreed scope.

The catalogue and submission of the form invite contact and negotiations. In subsequent correspondence we distinguish a non-binding budget estimate from an offer for acceptance under Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code; its nature, scope and validity are stated in the document.

3. Electronic services

The Provider offers the following services free of charge:

• access to website content, the catalogue and links to official manufacturer resources;
• contact and quotation brief forms;
• saving privacy preferences;
• protection of forms against automated submissions.

The content browsing service starts when the page is opened and ends when the website is left. The form service starts when a correctly completed form is submitted and ends when the enquiry or an error notice is transmitted.

4. Technical requirements

Use requires an internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, HTTPS and browser storage, and an active email address if a response is expected. Blocking JavaScript, Cloudflare Turnstile connections or certain browser features may prevent form submission.

5. Acceptable use

Users should provide truthful, current information relating to a genuine professional enquiry. Unlawful content, third-party rights violations, malicious code, spam, attempts to bypass security and unauthorised disclosure of data are prohibited.

Do not include special-category personal data, trade secrets or confidential technical documentation in the form. Exchange of such material can be agreed separately after initial contact.

6. Form and subsequent discussions

Submitting the form does not place an order, reserve a device or oblige either party to contract. Configuration, net and gross prices, taxes, transport, availability, documentation, warranty and delivery terms are confirmed individually in a separate quotation or contract.

The Provider may request further information or decline to quote, particularly where an enquiry is incomplete, unlawful, inconsistent with the device's intended use or cannot be implemented safely.

Sales terms, including any permitted limitations of liability and statutory defect liability, must be agreed in the contract. Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not introduce them.

7. Liability and external resources

The agreed specification and contract define each order. Website information does not replace them or override binding commitments and legal obligations.

The website links to manufacturer websites, GitHub repositories and app stores. Their operators are responsible for those services' content, availability and rules.

8. Electronic service complaints

Complaints about website or form operation may be emailed to kontakt@aizenrobots.pl. Include contact details, a description of the problem, its date and, if possible, the page URL. We will respond without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest. Complaints about purchased devices are handled under the applicable sales or supply contract.

9. Personal data and technologies

Data processing is explained in the privacy policy; browser storage and optional attribution are explained in the cookie policy.

10. Content and intellectual property

The website's own materials, layout and AIZEN ROBOTS branding are legally protected. Cyberstars and UniX AI names, marks and materials belong to their manufacturers or respective rights holders and identify the solutions presented. Website use transfers no intellectual property rights.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as website features, service delivery or applicable law develop. The version available at the time of submission applies to a one-off form service. The current version and effective date are published here.
