AIZEN ROBOTS

Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is AIZEN SYSTEM Aleksandra Czujko, Kazimierza Pułaskiego 1/8, 98-100 Łask, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 8311628236, REGON 545435836, trading as AIZEN ROBOTS ("AIZEN ROBOTS"). For personal data enquiries, email kontakt@aizenrobots.pl. The controller has not appointed a data protection officer; please use the address above for such matters.

2. Data we process

The quotation form may collect your name, organisation, work email, optional phone number and information about the application, selected robots, quantity, schedule, project stage and requirements.

Infrastructure and security providers may process technical data such as your IP address, connection date and time, requested page, browser type, request headers and anti-spam verification result. With the relevant consent, we may also process random browser identifiers, UTM parameters, advertising click IDs (such as gclid, fbclid, gbraid or wbraid), referring page, pages visited and events relating to website use and form submission.

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Recipients and systems

Hosting, email and IT infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf. The website is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form, and enquiries are recorded in Aizen Panel, the enquiry management system used by AIZEN ROBOTS.

With the relevant consent, analytics or marketing data may be received by Google Ireland Limited, provider of Google Analytics 4, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, provider of Meta Pixel. Where needed to select a configuration or prepare a technical response, necessary project information may be shared with the relevant manufacturer, Cyberstars or UniX AI, or an agreed technical partner. We do not sell personal data.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some infrastructure providers and the manufacturers Cyberstars and UniX AI may operate outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, we use a mechanism permitted by Chapter V GDPR, particularly a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact AIZEN ROBOTS for information about safeguards for a particular recipient.

6. Retention periods

Optional technologies operate until the stated period expires, consent is withdrawn or browser data is deleted, whichever occurs first.

7. Your data protection rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to kontakt@aizenrobots.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary. Required fields are necessary to receive and substantively handle your enquiry. Without them the form cannot be submitted, but you can still contact us directly by email.

9. Automated decisions

We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal effects for users. Analytics data supports statistics and attribution; following marketing consent, Meta may use events for advertising measurement and audience creation. This does not result in AIZEN ROBOTS making a decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

A detailed list of Aizen Panel, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Cloudflare Turnstile technologies, their duration and consent controls is provided in the cookie policy. Analytics and marketing are not activated before the relevant consent; refusal does not restrict access to the website or form.

11. Security and changes

We apply measures appropriate to the website, including HTTPS, data minimisation, server-side validation and protection against automated submissions. Material changes to data processing will be reflected in this document and its effective date.
