Before contract, we confirm the exact configuration, conformity documents, country of use, warranty terms, support scope, full price and schedule. Orders and payment are accepted on those agreed terms.
Who handles each scope?
AIZEN: sales and claim handling
We perform the agreed sale and delivery, receive claims for devices bought from us and coordinate with the manufacturer. Our responsibilities follow the contract and law; a manufacturer’s reimbursement decision does not replace them.
Manufacturer: confirmed warranty
The warrantor is the entity named in the warranty document. Before contract, we require written confirmation of the model, territory, periods, covered components, exclusions and RMA procedure. A general manufacturer statement or Chinese-market terms do not confirm coverage in Poland.
Customer: agreed additional services
The customer pays for ordered equipment and services not included in the price, including development, SLAs and chargeable repairs. Diagnosis, parts, labour and transport costs are agreed before the work is commissioned. Manufacturer refusal to reimburse does not by itself make the customer liable.
Purchase and support scope
Before contract, we confirm manufacturer warranty availability and terms for the exact model and country. AIZEN does not provide its own hardware quality warranty.
Batteries, grippers, wheels, feet and other components may have different coverage periods and terms where stated in the confirmed warranty. We do not publish unagreed periods. Normal wear is distinguished from material or manufacturing defects; calling a part consumable does not determine the cause of failure.
Submitting a claim does not require an SLA purchase. This information does not limit AIZEN’s obligations or the customer’s rights under the contract and mandatory law.
Parts availability, estimated lead times, repair location and authorised work are confirmed for the selected model. Diagnosis, repair, parts and transport each have an identified payer; chargeable work requires a prior estimate and approval.
SLA: a separate service with measurable terms
Additional SLAs, integrations, training and on-site visits require separately agreed scope and pricing unless expressly included in the order.
An SLA is priced separately for each model and configuration. The agreement defines support hours and language, reporting channel, priorities, response time, work limits, dependencies on the manufacturer and parts availability, and any agreed credits. Response time is not repair time or a technician’s arrival time.
Without separate confirmation, we do not commit to 24/7 support, a guaranteed repair deadline, local spare-parts stock or a replacement robot.
On-site technician: estimate before commissioning
We first assess the issue and need for a visit. The estimate identifies the payer and, as applicable, the labour rate and billing unit, travel time, flights, visa, accommodation, local transport, parts, shipping, taxes and cost cap. A daily rate is not converted into an hourly rate without agreement.
We arrange the visit after written approval of scope and estimate and agreement on scheduling and any advance payment. Cancellation, travel settlement and extra-cost terms are agreed in advance; exceeding the agreed cap requires further approval.
If the visit is to be covered by warranty, we confirm this before booking. A manufacturer sending a technician does not itself mean free flights, labour or parts. Billing respects confirmed warranty terms and AIZEN’s obligations.
Delivery and use country
Poland is our primary market. Delivery and support in other EU countries, the UK, Norway and Iceland are confirmed individually, including importer role, documentation, taxes, environmental obligations and service logistics. A website language does not confirm local service availability.
Report a robot issue
Email kontakt@aizenrobots.pl with the model, serial number, order reference, software version, problem description and circumstances. You may attach photos or logs without passwords, access credentials or unnecessary personal data.
kontakt@aizenrobots.pl ↗Do not ship a robot or battery before agreeing the RMA, destination and transport rules. If there is a safety risk, stop operation according to the manufacturer’s instructions and secure the device.
Submitting a claim does not require an SLA purchase. This information does not limit AIZEN’s obligations or the customer’s rights under the contract and mandatory law.
